Ever since I came to Canada, my dream was to create a solo clown show. Finally in 2013 I had saved some money and I decided to jump in head first and figure out how to make this dream a reality. EXIT is the product of this first attempt at creating a micro world.

EXIT was written, produced and performed by Isaac Luy and it is based on his immigration story. It is sweet and funny as it is a sour and sad, two elements that I consider very important in any truthful clown piece. To much of my pleasure, EXIT toured theatre festivals all around Canada with great success.

Of course EXIT is the work of not only me, but a solid crew of people from whom I have learned almost everything about canadian clowning. There are no words to express my gratitude.

EXIT is an ever changing ever evolving piece that will be presented at the Toronto Festival of Clowns 2014.
